Red Raven Live Studio is starting a new short clip video series from

Red Raven Administration,

softly launching in June 2026.

The series will begin with recorded videos on modern admin,

AI-supported tools, meeting minutes, action items,

society start-up, filing systems, policies, grants, websites, graphics,

HR support, OSH documentation, and the behind-the-scenes work

that keeps organizations moving.

Over time, it will grow into live recordings and online work sessions where you can bring your coffee, ask general admin questions, settle into your own tasks, or simply work alongside me.

This is a welcoming space to share practical admin tips,

real experience, and support for the people doing the quiet work behind strong organizations.

Shelly Etzerza

Indigenous‑led, project‑based administrative support for meaningful work.

I’m Shelly J Etzerza, the founder of Red Raven Administration.

I offer warm, steady, culturally grounded administrative support to organizations, programs, and entrepreneurs

who are carrying important work forward.

My practice is new, but the experience behind it is not.

I bring nearly 30 years of supporting Indigenous organizations through administration, planning, communications, and digital organization. Red Raven is the next step — a way to offer this support in a flexible, project‑based way that meets people where they are.

My work is grounded in sovereignty, clarity, and relational accountability.

I help you build the documents, systems, and structures

that steady your work and honour your pace.

Who I Support
